Shipping

What Is Your Shipping Policy?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 business day. On rare occasions processing can take 2-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your order and is being prepared to ship. Orders with tracking will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once its available. When shipping via USPS there's sometimes a 1-3 business day turnaround time between when orders leave our studio in Toronto and receiving their initial scan at a USPS facility. Tracking isn’t available until the shipment receives its first scan at USPS. Estimated shipping timelines are not guaranteed. We are unable to issue refunds for shipping delays as they are beyond our control.

Shipments are usually shipped flat so they will fit in standard sized mail slots and be delivered with regular letter mail.

Please allow extra time for orders to be processed and shipped during holidays.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.


Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Orders with tracking will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once its available. Tracking is available once an shipment receives its first scan at a USPS facility.


Will I be charged Duties and Taxes?

Because of the low value of our shipments taxes and duties are not usually charged, however, there is no guarantee. Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

ORDERS

Do I get a order confirmation email?

You will receive an order confirmation email to let you know we’ve received your order and it is being processed and prepared to ship. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours please check our Junk folder.


Can I make changes to my order?

If there are any issues with your order please email us at hello@felonycase.com within 12 hours of your purchase with your order number and any adjustments you need to make. While we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make adjustments we will do our best to accommodate.




RETURN/EXCHANGE

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

As long as your case is in new, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase we can return for a refund or exchange. Please email hello@felonycase.com and we’ll guide you through the process. You will be required to cover shipping back to our studio for refunds and exchanges. We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange case back to you.

Please be advised that our shipping address for returns and exchanges is different than the ‘From’ address on the package you received. Please contact us for the correct return shipping address.


There’s an issue with the case I received, what do I do?

If something isn’t quite right or if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, please email hello@felonycase.com with your order number and details of the issue along with any relevant photos.

What’s the difference between Sleek and XP?

Our Sleek cases offer the same great aesthetic and protect against minor dents and scratches. Our XP Cases are our redesigned Extra Protective cases that offer incredible protection without being bulky. This is a 2-piece extra protective case made with a precision moulded flexible TPU bumper that offers complete protection with open access to ports.
