EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

Step 1: Submit Your Withdrawal Request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form below. You will need to provide:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to cancel or return
The date of your order and/or delivery

Step 2: Confirmation

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email within 24 hours. Please keep this confirmation for your records.

Step 3: Return Your Order

After submitting your withdrawal request, please return the goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exemptions
